Sports, Music and Investment Executives Join to Form FULLCIRCLE Ventures
CHARLOTTE, N.C. (April 1, 2011) –FULLCIRCLE Ventures, LLP, is pleased to announce that respected sports
executives Chris Biby, Matt Crews and Jay Schulthess have formed a sports management and marketing firm
focused on first-class representation of athletes, entertainers, corporations and sports properties in motorsports,
with plans for expansion into other disciplines of sports and entertainment.
Joining FULLCIRCLE Ventures as Limited Partners are well known industry executives including: Mike Curb,
Chairman/Founder of Curb Records, former Lieutenant Governor and acting Governor of California, and team
owner; Cary Agajanian, famed motorsports attorney, promoter and team owner; and Steve Meehan, Co-Founder
and former Chief Executive Officer of Investment Planning Counsel, Inc., a full-service financial planning and asset
management firm with over 250 offices and 1,200 financial planners. Presently, IPC has in excess of $15 billion in
assets under administration.
Together, the six partners have more than 100 combined years of experience in sports, entertainment and venture
capital.

Biby, Crews and Schulthess will collectively run day-to-day operations and management of FULLCIRCLE Ventures.
Biby comes to FULLCIRCLE Ventures with more than 12 years of experience as the former Director of Client
Services at Motorsports Management International, where he was responsible for overseeing various business
management aspects for clients and the company. His responsibilities for FULLCIRCLE Ventures include managing
the client services division, driver development and driver representation.
Crews’ responsibilities will include oversight of sponsorship consulting and the activation arm of the firm, as well
as expanding FULLCIRCLE Ventures’ property representation both inside and outside of the motorsports arena.
A former team president and CMO of a NASCAR team, Crews developed and activated some of the series most
successful sponsorship programs.
Schulthess, who has served as President of Mercury Sports Management since 2001, has been at the forefront of
driver representation and has negotiated contracts on behalf of drivers and sponsors with many of the top teams
in NASCAR. Schulthess’ responsibilities will include driver representation and overseeing FULLCIRCLE Ventures’
merger and acquisition strategies.
